Your Mind & Judgements

From an early age we learn to Judge, such things as Distances, Hot & cold and on this Premis, understanding we make choices?
The older we become, the More things we get to know and can Judge wether it is or it is not we make Judgments
Some of us Contemplate slightly longer than others Dependant on Occasion or circumstance.
Usually the Better educated Make a better choice / call, Judgment? [you would think!?.. is it not the Better educated who Run World Governments/ big Buisness etc
But equally, we Mentally Judge others!
In most cases the older we get the Quiker our Judgments on Appearance, accents, Looks, becomes our Stance, on wether or not, we will engage or avoid, our fellow Humans
we make Judgements, which to a degree is hard wired, this comes from Mankind’s early day’s.
A survival Triat, but in Modern Man this Becomes More Ego Driven.
And a lot of harm comes from this & paranioa, also Garbage Media helps to fuel this state of Lack of Understanding.
Also we harm ourselves in making Ego Driven Judgements, when it comes to our Fellow Human Family.
[wether you relise it or not] we are our own worst enemy
Really, this Hard wired State can only be broken through Understanding & meditation!
Which is akin to learning,a lesson, through out our lives.that is to be understood & Implemented Piece by Piece.
But as our mInds are, more or less always ticking over, sometimes quickly, sometimes Slower,
Its constantly ticking, in the context of the whole Mind.which is like a muscle it needs excercise. or a computer to much INFO & Booom it collapses.. you can Defrag you computer, to get it all working, Nice & Smoooooth.. can you defrag your Mind and its thoughts. your mind is worth,…
well, its Priceless..
for example, Imagine a car going from 1mp to 60mp. so does your Mind & its thought Process. Vrroooooom!! your off without Excercising true Judgement.
Unless your a Navy Seal or in the S.A.S Or In Nascar. & even then thesse Proffesions take time out!

It is in, The thought process, of when you are at low “revs” so to speak.
this is when you should pay more attention, & relise that you are relaxed & slowed Down.. Like the times when you take in a majestic view…
if you hold on to that Majestic view & just look…. with your eyes, without comment this is the begining of Meditation.
As you “know?… it is A majestic view, if you need to comment say it slooooow’laaaay..from within your mind
when you are in a REALXED state.. the engine is Just idling, just ticking over.
The Next step is to imagine that Majestic View.. with your eyes closed. Maybe last thing at night, or whilst sitting in the Park, or on a comfy Chair, Nice and chilled…

We must learn to slow ourselves down.
Let the Mind and yourself Breath.
Stop feeding the Ego, & Making & Passing judgements.

It is Unhealthy, also it leads to worry/ stress, dependant on the context of the Judgement.
wether it is Family, Freinds or what this wee blog i am Writing is Driving at Ultimatley.. is Strangers our Fellow Humanity, Our Neighbours.

Is not life,… MANY Lessons?
Is it not said… ” You learn something New or Different every Day”

And to Quote Buddha…. ” Ultimitllay, there is only one Judgement, & that is in.. the Making of No Judgements” … when you reach this Understanding for yourself & also Implement It
You Would no doubt become A Zen MaSTER…. Pretty Groovy…

As Ghandi Said… ” Be the change, You Want To See”

Also, it is written, that God is the Judge of “ALL” Things…..

And all ego’s are sacrificed Before God…

Contemplate that one, contemplate them all…. Slowly.!!
